Pros and cons of MyChair app for iPhone and iPad

MyChair app good for

It still has glitches. But for the most part I like using it. Helps me keep track of my income which was something I didnt do before. I like it because Im only doing hair at home and this is an easy way to keep track of my history.
This app has really simplified things for me! Very easy to use.. I really like how it keeps your place when flipping from screen to screen.
This has simplified my life. I love this app for my esthetics business I run at home. I love that I can take appointments anywhere. Very easy to use.
I love that I can put in all the services and prices and it calculates it all for me and still gives me the option to go in and change a price if I need to. I have been searching for this kind if app for awhile and finally found this app thats perfect and affordable too :)
I have a shop in my home, so this app seemed like the best option, at a lower cost. (It probably could have sold for $6-8) This app was very easy to set up. I was able to customize all the services I offer, very simply. Inputting all of my client info took awhile, however, the ease of booking appointments and finding client formula history is saving me time now. Having my schedule on me all the time, without carrying around a book is awesome. Im not a fan of the broadcast feature personally. I also have yet to try a back up my info.
I like to keep a detailed list of my salon clients. I enjoy this app for that reason. Its a great way to send out a mass email to notify clients of various things. I do not use this app to ring out clients instead of using POS. I find this app doesnt keep track of various reports like my pos does. Such as combos, color percentage, average ticket ect. All in all, this is a great app.

Some bad moments

Looks like easy but missing small details which makes bookings and clients list more complicated .
Seems okay so far. Just adding all my clients but it keeps crashing every time I want to edit their birthday or edit double booking options on services.. Its incredibly frustrating..
Refunds !!!!! Not even worth 0.99 $ Sooooooo disappointing !
Last update screwed up all my appointement, and mixed up all my phone numbers if my clients, i wasnt impressed!!
It was great until I did the latest update....then it wouldnt open up to let me see my bookings for the rest of the month. I contacted support and still havent heard back....,its been almost 3 weeks. Its a great app, but make sure you keep a paper copy so you can still see your appts if it crashes!!!
I really do not like this apps. Its not working not at all. Please do not loose your money!!!!
