I give it 1 star for existing

If this program actually worked and did what it was supposed to do, without crashing and losing data it would be a hit. I am not sure support is on top of this. Received response about latest version crashing: its an issue with io7. Seriously! Months you took to upgrade. And test and no one figured out that everytime you try to import a contact the program crashes?
