Do NOT use this app!!!!!!
Nothing has changed since what I originally wrote. I was never able to restore any information, and had to start over. I sent probably twenty emails to the company, and no one ever responded. Obviously, I am using a different system now, but wanted to update this review simply to reflect that there was never any response from the company. Horrible app, horrible customer service.
I used and loved Mychair for almost two years. As a busy stylist, imagine how much information I had stored! I saw the other reviews complaining of lost information, so I made sure that I backed up all my information regularly. Well, it happened to me too. I opened the app to add an appointment and... nothing. No information, nothing at all - completely empty. Even things that couldnt be deleted were completely gone.
And those backups? Wont restore. At all.
And the company? Wont respond to numerous emails. Only an automated "We received your email" response. And no phone number.
Im devastated. All of my client info is gone, my heavily booked schedule is blank. I have resorted to calling clients to ask them when their appointment is (the ones that I can reach - all their information is gone as well), and warning clients wanting to make an appointment that I may be double booking.
All I can say is, DO NOT BUY THIS APP. It couldnt be worse if it was designed to deliberately ruin stylists businesses.
