Get rid of it now if you have this app

This app has been down for 2 weeks and not one person from this company will return an email or even make a comment if it will ever be back for the unfortunate people like me who uploaded ios8 and lost every appointment and client history. I think they have just closed up shop because how can you sleep at night knowing all these people are going through hell. You should be sued and Apple should never allow another app that you develop ever in there store. I wish I could say what I would like to that begins with a F to you but I want this review to be up.

ISO update 8

ISO update doesnt let me open the app ! I Lost everything when I switched to a new ipad even backing it up it doesnt let u restore your info and contacts!!! I use this app for wrk everyday and its creating huge issues

Excellent App!!

Here is how you deal with the new updates for iOS8 and My Chair - btw, Im just a savvy hairdresser that had problems w/ it too. Follow these steps EXACTLY: 1. **Backup your MyChair1.sqlite file**!!!! (I backup mine to my PC, you can also email it to yourself in settings) 2. Update to iOS 8 3. Update My Chair to current version 4. Try to open App 5. If it wont open, delete App (scary - but you have a backup) (see step #1) 6. Re-install App (it will be blank - REALLY scary) 7. Now, restore your backup. 8. Presto - luv it again If you have already updated to iOS 8 and the newest My Chair: Do step #1 (NEVER, EVER, EVER use the cloud for backup) Then skip to step #5 and continue to #8 I hope this helps all of you. Please backup your data on a regular basis. It will make your life easier in the long run :))

Its not doing anything. It wont import my contacts and it wont let me edit the services

Answers would be nice

It would be nice to get some answers, here we are with nothing to work with. Every time theres a update the app has problems but this is just wrong to all of us that need it to make a living.

Started likening it then....

When I first purchased the app I loved it! It kept me very organized, its started to have to many glitches, it wasnt allowing me to open the App, I deleted it and downloaded it again and after all my back ups it wouldnt import any of my appointments! Very upset!

Please fix

I love this app. I am so upset its not working after this last update. Its driving me crazy. PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!!

Worked great for a while

Does not work with iOS 8 mine has been down for almost a week shopping for a new app as we speak. Customer service is blaming Apple saying they have the fix waiting on Apple to release it!!! Not sure I buy that!!!

Unreliable

How much more time must I put up with this app? It will NOT open. What did I pay money for? Absolutely nothing probably. Just great!!! Instead of reluctantly giving this app that star, Id rather give it five red flags

Horrible

This app was great until the update. It wont open since ios8 and after reading reviews its sad how many people its happened to and theyve done nothing. I use this for my salon daily and I cant do anything for my job right now until its fixed. So frustrating.

Update doesnt work!

Your latest update that you did on October 13th still doesnt work, the app still doesnt open, its been weeks, I can not reach my data, my formulations!!! Please take care of this issue, its affecting everybodys business in a very bad way!

Lost everything

I didnt back up, I didnt update, but ALL of my data is gone. Like factory reset style gone. My services offered, retail inventory, all of it has completely disappeared. This app is GARBAGE. Save yourself the headache and dish out a few bucks for something that wont leave you grasping for straws because right now, I literally dont even know what time my first client is booked for tomorrow.

Very upset

After the 2nd update.. App wont open at all. Please fix. I have no way of accessing my appts at all. After 3rd update... Every time I delete an appt, it log me out completely.. Please fix that!!!!

Why doesnt a customer service rep answer emails? My entire schedule is blank

Finally

I waited a month for this update and I just noticed that it was one and thank GOD it worked for me. I waited patiently and Im glad I didnt delete this app, now Ill make sure I screen shot all of my appointments and at the end of the week Ill be backing up my back up. Making paper copies if I have to. I just hope everyone that was affected with the crash gets the support they need to be up and running again. I even tried another app that was not as user friendly as this one,this is the app I love and shouted for joy when it opened. Thank God and developers for getting it straight. Hopefully we will have no more issues.

Every time I try to do anything. It kicks me out. Doesnt help when trying to run a business
