Ive been using it for 6 wks. I own my own dog grooming shop. I customized it for my needs. It works great. Theres a few things i would change but its not a deal breaker. I Just found ways around it. I use it on my ipad. Sync it to google calendar so then its on my phone. I email back ups to myself often which is a pain but my schedule changes often. Its really easy to run after a few weeks. Not sure why all the negative reviews are about.
I got a new device and the back up doesnt even work! I have nothing saved for my clients appointments . I will no longer be using this appointment planner app!
I love this app when it works & finally can back up my data. BUT, I did the update on my iPad and once again ALL my contacts, history, finances are gone! Poof! hopefully I can get my least my client list & formulas and spend countless hrs putting it back in. Fed up!
I previously had a lot of problems with this app shutting down and losing ALL MY DATA! In May of this year Christine Wesley helped me to restore my data and I ABSOLUTELY thank God for her! She was VERY consistent with responding to my emails and her detailed instructions made the restoration simple!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!! 5 Star Award goes to CHRISTINE WESLEY!!!!!! P.S. Writing this review took so long cause I could never find where to post it. But guess what she to me where to find it on to occasions but I wasnt comprehending that very well. Lol lol
Nothing has changed since what I originally wrote. I was never able to restore any information, and had to start over. I sent probably twenty emails to the company, and no one ever responded. Obviously, I am using a different system now, but wanted to update this review simply to reflect that there was never any response from the company. Horrible app, horrible customer service. I used and loved Mychair for almost two years. As a busy stylist, imagine how much information I had stored! I saw the other reviews complaining of lost information, so I made sure that I backed up all my information regularly. Well, it happened to me too. I opened the app to add an appointment and... nothing. No information, nothing at all - completely empty. Even things that couldnt be deleted were completely gone. And those backups? Wont restore. At all. And the company? Wont respond to numerous emails. Only an automated "We received your email" response. And no phone number. Im devastated. All of my client info is gone, my heavily booked schedule is blank. I have resorted to calling clients to ask them when their appointment is (the ones that I can reach - all their information is gone as well), and warning clients wanting to make an appointment that I may be double booking. All I can say is, DO NOT BUY THIS APP. It couldnt be worse if it was designed to deliberately ruin stylists businesses.
I also lost all my information. They said its my responsibility to back up my information and I did and yet somehow they wont let me import that back into the app. I lost everything!!!
WORST APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I would never recommend this to my worst enemy!! I cant believe it would still be offered after all the negative reviews!!
This app needs better customer support. Tells me I need to submit an email address to backup, but doesnt give me the option anywhere to add one???
This is a terrible program. I lost all my data and could not retrieve it. Ive tried repeatedly to contact support and received no responses what so ever! Do not use.
