MyChair: Client Book App Reviews

There were issues with every update. Program crashed and I have lost everything. I have tried to get a response with no success. Who makes an App for Apple products that doesnt work with ICloud? MyChair thats who. I will say that when it worked it was a decent app but it had more problems than I want to deal with.

If this program actually worked and did what it was supposed to do, without crashing and losing data it would be a hit. I am not sure support is on top of this. Received response about latest version crashing: its an issue with io7. Seriously! Months you took to upgrade. And test and no one figured out that everytime you try to import a contact the program crashes?

I can open this app now but there is no info in there!! What happened to all my information?

Crashes, loses info with updates, does not save and export all info to email, does not open some days, I could go on and on. Bad support...,.,

Is anyone having any luck with getting there app to open up?

Ive been using this app for years but it seems like its been nothing but trouble the past few months. Once AGAIN I cannot access my schedule or my client information! As much as Id love to have faith itll be fixed I think its time to find another program to use. This app is too unpredictable and you take far too long to help with bug fixes. Theres no support for users and when running a business I need a reliable program for my daily schedule and client information!

This was a great app for years now Ive lost all client info twice in just a few months. My business depended on this app, my schedule and past history. GONE! Such crap, support isnt doing anything either.

So disappointed. The idea for the app is great, but absolutely nothing works. Cant even add a contact without the whole thing crashing. I emailed support, they said it was fixed and it is still just as bad as when I got it. Really wish there was a good app for stylists.

So I had giving this app a 5 star but I must take back to 2 stars due to the constant freezing and booting me off the app every time I open it I have well over 200 clients information and since Monday it has not let me open the app! So angry..... I have backed up but for some reason I cant open the file! So till they fix this issue that seems to be the problem all the time I will take it back to 5 stars!

I was warned that a certain update would crash so I didnt up date but then another update came and I figured they had to have fixed the problem. Everything was good for a while after updating and then it updated on November 28th 2014... I go to open app and it crashes and brings me back to home screen. I have apps set for the entire month of December and there is no way for me to access. Please get this problem fixed asap s. Can access my appointments...

CRASHES ALL THE TIME

If you wanna schedule an appointment... You start at midnight... And gotta scroll and scroll and scroll to the business hours and scroll and scroll. I want my money back!!!

Wish I could rate 0 stars. If you do any kind of update you will LOSE ALL YOUR DATA which can be very costly for someone in this field. All contacts appointments everything gone. They "encourage" you to email an update to yourself periodically but it is not clear how to even restore the data and I did email myself right before and the backup was from 6 months earlier with no recent data. You will never get a response from customer service either. There are much better options out there. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money.

I chose to use my chair instead of buying a new scheduling book. Big mistake! It constantly crashes. Cant believe I bought this junk.

Thank you for making my life easier. There is always room for improvements but so far I love this app.

Horrible app!!! Everything is gone when you sync to iCloud. Very disappointed. Recommend spending a little more money on a reliable app!

This app has potential however a waste of time

As soon as I got all the information for my clients entered ,it wouldnt even open. I emailed the company and they never got back to me on a solution for the problem so I ended up finding a different app to go with. If anybodys looking for a decent app StyleSeat (free) is the one that has work the best so far.

For the 2nd time all of my appointments were deleted. Which means I have no idea what my schedule is and cant book appointments. Of course the only contact is email and no one is emailing me back. Im beyond furious. This app is crap!!! Dont waste your 4.99
